Final Term 1 App Update

The final app update for this term is available for download from Thursday at 9AM.

Before updating, synchronise the app. If you cannot synchronise, technical support is available to assist you.

Incomplete and unwritten exams

Students can now write exams they missed or did not finish. Large buttons have been added in the app for these exams. The rest works the same as the original exams.

Deadline: Students have until the 31st of this month to write and synchronise their exams.

Coding and Robotics

Coding and Robotics exams have been moved from Thursday, 19th of March to Monday, 23rd of March .

Images in exams

Images have been added to the English and Afrikaans exams for all grades. Grade R to 3 will have images in every exam. This update is required to display these images, so please update before attempting these exams.

Reports and marked exams

Reports and marked exams will be released on 3 April. The release date was moved to give students enough time to complete and submit outstanding exams before the deadline of 31 March.

Fees and account access

Accounts with outstanding fees will be locked automatically on 2 April and will not have access to reports.

When making a payment, use your child’s GAP ID as the payment reference. The app can only be unlocked if the correct GAP ID was used as the reference.

If you are paying fees for more than one student, please send your payment proof via WhatsApp.
